Our Commitment to Child Safety
Short King Dating is committed to protecting children from sexual abuse and exploitation. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes minors on our platform.
Short King Dating is an adult-only platform. All users must be 18 years of age or older. We strictly prohibit the use of our service by anyone under 18.
Age Verification
We use multiple layers of age verification to keep minors off our platform:
- Mandatory age declaration at signup: Users must enter their age and check a box affirming they are 18 or older. Users entering an age under 18 cannot create an account.
- Manual ID verification: Every user is required to submit a live selfie and government-issued photo ID before their account is approved for use. Our human moderation team manually reviews each ID to verify the user is 18+.
- Profile photo review: All profile photos go through manual review. Any photo that appears to depict a minor results in immediate account rejection and ban.
- Ongoing monitoring: Reports of suspected underage users are reviewed within 24 hours and the account is suspended pending investigation.
Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
Short King Dating takes a multi-layered approach to prevent CSAM on our platform:
Content Standards
Our Terms of Service strictly prohibit:
- Any photos or content involving minors
- Any sexually explicit content (regardless of age)
- Any content that exploits, abuses, or endangers children
- Any communication that grooms, solicits, or targets minors
Detection and Removal
- All profile photos are manually reviewed by our moderation team before profiles go live
- User-uploaded content is monitored for CSAM and other prohibited content
- Any CSAM detected is immediately removed and the user is permanently banned
- All CSAM incidents are reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline as required by U.S. law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A)
User Reporting
Every user profile on Short King Dating includes an in-app reporting tool. Users can:
- Report any user they believe is a minor
- Report any content that appears to sexualize a minor
- Report any suspicious behavior such as grooming, harassment, or exploitation
- Block users to prevent any further contact
Reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours. Users found to be in violation are permanently banned without warning.
Reporting to Authorities
Short King Dating complies with all relevant child safety laws and reports any detected CSAM or suspected child exploitation to the appropriate regional and national authorities, including:
- United States: National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline
- International: INHOPE network of national CSAM hotlines
- Law enforcement: We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations and respond to lawful requests for information
User Education
We educate our users about child safety through:
- Clear community guidelines prohibiting any content involving minors
- In-app prompts during signup confirming age requirements
- Easy access to reporting tools throughout the app
- An in-app "Report a safety concern" contact in the Profile tab (Account & Safety)
If You Encounter CSAM or Suspect Child Exploitation
If you encounter child sexual abuse material or believe a child is being exploited or endangered:
- Report it immediately in the app using the report button on the user's profile or chat

- Report to NCMEC: Visit report.cybertip.org or call 1-800-843-5678
- Contact local law enforcement if a child is in immediate danger
